We will use reasonable efforts to ensure that information relating to the Products is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that there will be no inadvertent or unintentional errors in the description and/or price of the Products or that the Products will be available when you wish to place an Order to purchase them. The materials contained on our Website should not be considered as a statement or representation relating to the Products. All images, illustrations and descriptions of Products are for informational purposes only and you should contact us using the contact information provided in the Contact Us section if you require any further information relating to the Products.
We reserve the right to change, at any time and without notice, the information relating to the Products displayed on our Website including, without limitation, information on the price, description and availability of the Products. However, changes in price, availability or description of any Products will not affect Orders submitted by you that have already been accepted by our company in accordance with Clause 2 below.

II. PURCHASE PROCESS
To make purchases at DUNNE BRAND, the user must be of legal age and have full legal capacity to enter into contracts, in accordance with Spanish law.
Likewise, it will be necessary for you to create a user profile on our website. The data required to create your profile will only be those strictly necessary to manage your purchases. For further information on data processing, you can visit our privacy policy.
To purchase an item, you must select it and add it to your shopping cart. You can choose as many products as you want. After completing your selection, you must confirm the shipping details and choose the payment method you prefer.
Once the transaction has been completed, you will receive an email confirming the operation. In it you will find the data related to the product you have purchased, the shipping method, the delivery time; also, the invoice will be attached detailing: the price of the product, the cost of shipping and the taxes applied.
III. PRICES
Cinco Candelaria S.L. keeps the prices of all its products updated. The price that will be applied to your purchases will be the one that appears at the time you select the product.
Next to the photo of each of our products, you will find the description of it, and the final price to pay (Taxes included).
The price of the offers and promotions will be available for the duration of the promotion.
The invoice that we will send you by email will reflect in detail: the cost of the item, the cost of shipping and the taxes applied.
IV. PAYMENT METHODS
DUNNE BRAND offers you several payment methods, so that they facilitate your shopping experience in our online store.
You can choose to pay for your purchases using:

The payment methods made available have been chosen with the aim of providing you with the greatest possible security during the transaction. The payment gateway of the bank we work with has its respective security certificates.

Delivery Times:
The delivery times for our items are:
* In cases where the order is placed on a non-working day and/or a holiday, the item will be sent the following working day.
*If for any reason it is not possible to meet the above delivery times, we will let you know in advance.
* The maximum delivery time will be that established by law: 30 days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are estimated with a volumetric weight of a maximum of 500g. In the event that your order exceeds the weight or size, we will send you the new shipping costs by email, you can accept them and make your payment or reject the order.
*Taxes and expenses that may be imposed by customs at the destination are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
VI. WITHDRAWAL, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to Law 47/2002 on the Regulation of Retail Trade, those products whose price is subject to fluctuations in financial market coefficients that the seller cannot control cannot be returned. Nor can products made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized or that by their nature cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly. Nor can products of sound or video recordings, disks and computer programs, supplied electronically, capable of being downloaded or reproduced immediately for permanent use, nor products of daily press, periodical publications and magazines.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days (from the date of receipt) to return it. You can exercise your right of withdrawal by sending a withdrawal document or by returning the products received.
The unwanted or defective product is returned to Cinco Candelaria S.L. Calle Lomo Juan Díaz 26, 38540, Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
You must send the products with their original box and all accessories.
Once the items have been received in our warehouses and it has been verified that the above conditions are met, we will proceed to refund the amount.
The maximum period for the refund of the amount paid is 14 calendar days from the withdrawal.
In the event of unjustified delay in the return of the sums paid, the consumer may claim to be paid double the amount owed.
You will receive the refund of the amount in the same medium in which the payment was made (bank transfer, credit card, debit card).
The costs of shipping to the customer are borne by the store, and the return costs are borne by the customer. If you wish, you can make the return in our store and the conditions to be met are the same as in the previous point.
It is necessary to present the invoice or purchase receipt to make returns.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
To return a product you have 14 calendar days from when the customer receives their order. To do so, you must notify us by email at info@dunnebrand.com, indicating the order number (you can find this information in "My account>Order history"). As soon as we confirm the arrival of the order, we will proceed to refund the amount through the same payment methods (PAYPAL, card payment, etc.)
If the returned product is out of stock, you will be offered the option of exchanging it for a similar one, waiting to receive the same or cancelling the order. Once the product is received back at our offices, we will proceed to refund the money or send the replacement product in case of exchange.
Returns will be made by mail or courier, you must send the product(s) in perfect condition with labels to the following address:

The customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the product and we will not accept returns sent postage due, the only case in which the company will assume this cost will be when the return is due to an error in the model, color or format of the product.

The costs for changing color or specific characteristics, which the customer wants to make after receiving the product, will be borne by the buyer.
