DELIVERY TIME
Any taxes and charges that may be imposed by the destination customs are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to exchange or return a product. To do so, you must notify us by email at info@dunnebrand.com, indicating the order number. As soon as we confirm the arrival of the product, we will proceed to refund the amount through the same payment methods (PAYPAL, card payment, etc.)
If the product purchased on the website is out of stock, you will be offered the option of exchanging it for a similar one, waiting to receive it or cancelling the order.
Returns will be made by mail or courier, you must send the product(s) in perfect condition, unused, with labels to the following address:

The customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the product and we will not accept returns sent postage due. The only case in which the company will assume this cost will be when the return is due to an error in the model, color or format of the product.
