Information to the user about the existence of a file and request for consent for the automated processing of data.- In relation to the personal data provided by the interested parties in the forms enabled on the DUNNEBRAND.COM website, it is reported that the current regulations regarding the protection of personal data are strictly complied with and that the data provided, if applicable, will be included in a file under the responsibility of Cinco Candelaria S.L. (hereinafter, DUNNE BRAND) for processing in accordance with the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and in the forms enabled in each case, with the interested parties giving their consent for said processing by accepting this privacy policy or by sending information by any of the means provided on the website. Any contest or raffle will be governed by its own privacy policy.
Purpose of the data: DUNNE BRAND collects certain personal data that are voluntarily entered by users in the different forms (“Contact” and “Order”) that exist on the DUNNEBRAND.COM website. The data is used for the following purposes:

Data transfer: The data provided by the interested parties are not transferred to third parties, unless expressly authorized by Yan Shuang, and are only communicated, where appropriate, in order to manage the services requested by the users (e.g. to national and international transport companies, to manage the delivery of the order). The communication of the data is linked to the very purpose for which the data have been entered and therefore related to the free and legitimate acceptance of the legal relationship between the interested parties and Yan Shuang, the development, fulfillment and control of which necessarily imply the connection of the data and which includes the necessary transmission of the same.
